Fees, payment and Cancellation Policy
I feel that the term fees is always a poor way of explaining this page. I tend to see this more as your Investment in Your Child's Future Health and Wellbeing.
Your child being happy and problem free is priceless.
The length of therapy will vary from 30-40 minutes. The rest of the time is setting up the therapy session or enhancing and consolidating it afterwards.
Generally younger children's sessions take less than an hour so I charge a little bit less. The older the child a child is they are able so spend more time in hypnotherapy. And the more adult style techniques are used. So the price rises a little. Anyone in Post 16 or a college should be paying adult rates as almost all of the work will the same as I would use on adults. They are charged £50 per session. (My standard adult fee is £95).
I accept cash, card through the online payment gateway or PayPal Money transfer. I no longer take card payments in my office.
At the end of the page is a the payment gateway for you to purchase sessions before you arrive if you do not wish to pay by cash.
There is no charge for the initial consultation as I request it. The appointment for the therapy session, (should you decide to continue), will be made at the end of the consultation session.
Please do not make any payments until we have booked your appointment/s in.
- Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will not be charged. Monies paid will be carried forward.
- Those cancelled on the day and rebooked will be subject to a 50% charge of the full price of the session.
- If you do not cancel or attend your appointment you will be liable to pay the full fee for that session all money paid will be forfeited.
|Please be aware that the session time quoted includes: discussion, note taking, induction and after hypnosis discussion. The times are NOT the amount of time spent in hypnosis. Sometimes a session may run over the time quoted or your child may complete it in slightly less time. The fee always remains the same.|
|These techniques are very rapid but they sometimes take time to explain.|
